Apparently, I’m not the first to suggest that the use of a few words can say more than a lot of words can. In this article, Reuters interviews Larry Smith and Rachel Fershleiser about their new book Not Quite What I Was Planning. After an online contest “to see if writers could emulate the success of Ernest Hemingway’s legendary six-word story: ‘For sale: baby shoes, never worn.’” They were bombarded with entries and have published them in their new book.
